Our Commitment

Path 180°, LLC (“Path 180°”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to responsible email communication. We do not send unsolicited commercial email (spam) and we comply fully with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and all applicable federal and state regulations governing electronic communications.

What We Send

You may receive email from Path 180° only in the following circumstances:

• Transactional emails: Direct responses to form submissions, appointment confirmations, session reminders, invoices, and receipts.
• Requested communications: Information you specifically asked for during a consultation or coaching session.
• Opt-in communications: If you voluntarily subscribe to a newsletter or updates list (we do not currently operate one).

What We Never Do

• We never sell, rent, lease, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We never purchase email lists or send unsolicited bulk messages.
• We never use deceptive subject lines or false header information.
• We never send email to addresses harvested from websites, directories, or other public sources.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe from any non-transactional email at any time by replying with “unsubscribe” or using any unsubscribe link provided.
• Request deletion of your email address and personal data from our records by emailing info@pathoneeighty.com.
• Report concerns about any email you receive from us by contacting us directly.

We honor all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days as required by law.

Contact Form Submissions

When you submit our contact form, you consent to receive a direct reply from Path 180° regarding your inquiry. Your information is used solely to respond to your request and is not added to any marketing list.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in the course of our business operations:

• Stripe for secure payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy governs payment data they collect.
• Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection on our contact form. Google’s privacy policy applies to their service.

None of these third parties are authorized to use your personal information for their own marketing purposes.

Reporting Spam

If you receive unsolicited email that appears to come from Path 180° or pathoneeighty.com, please forward the message to info@pathoneeighty.com. We take email spoofing and abuse seriously and will investigate all reports promptly.
